About
At the Kiklis Law Firm, we focus on trials at the USPTO’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), Federal Circuit appeals, and patent litigation. Clients have often called upon us to handle large, high stakes matters. We have now handled 100 PTAB cases, including over 20 Federal Circuit appeals from those cases. Our firm has a particular focus on software patents, with our founder having over 30 years in all aspects of software patent law.

Software/Computer Technology
Although the firm handles most technologies, the firm’s focus is on computer-related technology. Our founder holds both a BS and MS in computer science and worked as a software developer for 6 years before entering law school. In fact, he has worked with advanced development groups from some of the industry’s leading computer companies and has often been called upon to handle matters involving the most important technology of his clients.
